They are most certainly catless, as there is no catalyst in the pipe at all. I did not get ripped off, as the seller told me they were catless. Yes, they have a cat section, that was apparently punched out at some point by someone.

FYI, this is what catless UR downpipes look like:

GET RID OF THEM. DO NOT INSTALL THESE!!! mine have rusted so bad after only 2 winters that I need to buy a new set (from a different company).

Won't be driving it in the winter... at least not much. Besides, these are used and look fine. Thanks for the heads up, but keeping these.
