Question about Lease Deal on BMWUSA

We might be leasing a new 3er soon, and I was looking at the details of the "lease special" on BMWUSA.com. I know how to calculate a lease, especially a bare-bones one like the example (no taxes, all fees paid as drive-off costs).

Here's the question: When I run the numbers using MSRP as the purchase price, with the 1500 holiday credit as a cap cost reduction, and the residual shown in the fine print, the lease payment is $395.71, not the $349 they claim.

The only way I can get to $349 is with an additional $1545 "dealer contribution" to the cap cost, or a Money Factor of .00161 instead of the 0.00245 that's been showing up in the forums.

Usually when I see an advertised lease special, it specifically states if there's a dealer contribution required to get to those numbers, and this one doesn't.

Here are my numbers, in case anyone sees an obvious mistake:
328i sedan, 36 month lease. Advertised as $349/month
MSRP: $37650
Buyer's Cap reduction: $3500 (per BMWUSA)
Holiday credit: 1500
Total cap cost: 32650

Residual: 23343 (per BMWUSA; equals 62% with 10k miles)
Depreciation: 9307
Montly depreciation: 258.53

Total value = 32650+23343 = 55993.
MF: 0.00245 (per Lease Compare & forums)
Montly Finance charge: 137.18

Total monthly without tax: 258.53+137.18 = 395.71

If I change the MF to .00161, the finance portion goes to 90.15, for a total of 348.68.

Or, leaving the MF at .00245, I can add another $1545 to the Cap reduction, giving depreciation of 215.61, for a total of 349.01.

Mostly I'm wondering if there's a "special" MF at work here, or just an implied dealer reduction from MSRP.

Thanks,
Jeff J

Ok, thanks. I assumed that's probably what it was, but was a bit surprised that it wasn't spelled out.

Isn't the holiday credit $2500?

Don't forget the $795 acquisition fee for a BMWFS lease..

Anybody know what the max amount I should pay cash at signing should be without counting down payment? I know acquisition fee is $725 and security deposit should be around my monthly payment. What else should be there and what is BS (my dealer quoted all kinds of stuff like a rent fee, dealer fee of $600, and cap reduct tax)?
