323i hid halogen angel eyes
What do you guys think of these?
http://hidcanada.com says they have HIDs with no error for LCI 323i. I'm thinking of putting em on for the angel eye. I've attached some LCI Halogen angels with HID. PS: Image is not from HIDCanada

The car in the picture is not a LCI though.
Make sure they are for the LCI's just like "yooooooo" mentioned above.

I am currently testing out there new product. Wanted to see how it is before recommending it here on e90. I should be getting the kit in a week or two.
So far I am very pleased with their service. If all goes well, this would be great news for the Canadians. |

We don't have a solid solution for the angel eyes and do not plan to. The folks doing those are quite specialized in just that regard. What we do have is a proven error free fog light system (RSX CANBUS ballast kit). In one case, a difficult 06 build required both the RSX kit and the HIDC-C3 canceller... but that was just 1 of 13

So I have finally found a solution that works for my car.
I was in the process of doing a halogen to xenon conversion for my low beams and wanted a solution that required no relay harness, and to make sure that I got no bulb out warning error. I first went with e90 a n d y and used his new vista ballast system for the conversion. Unfortunately, the kit wasn't100% error free, I was still getting an error randomly for 2-3 seconds. I was then doing some research and looking at other local forums to see if any other vendors came up with a solution to solve this. I knew from the start that a relay harness will work for my car however, I wanted that to be the absolute last step. Not giving up right away, I came upon HID CANADA and was interested in there new ballast system (RSX CANBUS System). I met with Jay (Qube=e90 name), who right off the bat provided great customer service. He answered all my questions, some during the late nights and some early morning. I got introduced to the new RSX system that had the CANBUS system built in. Unfortunately, I was the case he was talking about above about having a very "interesting" electrical system Clearly my car does not go down without a fight. I did get a bulb out error (like the other kit) with just the RSX kit. Although being a little frustrated, it wasn't bad because this vendor was local (GTA) making it a lot easier to solve the problem. Being the positive person I am, I did not give up and couple days after, Jay called me to let me know that they have another solution that they would like to try. He paired up the RSX ballast with a custom canceler. Crossing my fingers, I started the car and low and behold, I got no errors. That was honestly the best feeling I have ever had. To sum it all up, I will definitely do business with them in the future. It is always great to support a local vendor that has a great warranty system. They only supply high end ballast that are guaranteed to last. The RSX kit is great for those who want to do the halogen to xenon conversion for both low beams and foglights. I know we have a couple members here that would like to have HID fogs, why not support our fellow Canadians . I will take some pictures and post them up here in a couple of days. The RSX kit does not require any extra wiring. Straight plug and play system. HID Canada |
