lost power after cold,first start!

i recently feel the car lost the power sometime after cold start.power loss feel like the AC on when drive but i didn't turned on,gas pedal not sensitive. after few min. drive and restart the engine,the car back to normal. anyone have this b4?

Yes, mine went so far as to throw a check engine (half full yellow engine) and Traction control error lights. Both times its happened when I first started driving I noticed a slight, but all of a sudden the lights came on and power was limited to next to nothing. The first time I took to the dealership and eventually they came up with frozen throttle body. This time I just let the car fully warm and problem went away (same thing the dealership took a week to do).
