MY I drive froze

Hi guys, my i drive froze on me, even after shutting down the car its still freezes,dose not go back to bmw home screen... whats wrong? I dont have the warranty.

When the navi froze in my Cadillac I disconnected the battery for 15 mins and it worked fine after that. Might be worth a try

Doesn't holding the eject button reset the Idrive?

Not sure. My 07 iDrive froze once months ago. After I shut the car off and locked it with the remote, it reset.

Has not done it since.

It happens, just turn off the car for up to 30 mins. If it doesn't reset after that, then you go to BMW. More than likely it will, happened to me.
