Get a snoring appliance made by your dentist to see if that helps, if not see a sleep specialist.

Oh my bad. Snoring is usually caused by being overweight so I just assumed.

To the OP, I went to the ENT:
Did the sleep study, mild sleep apnea
Did the correction for deviated septum, fail
Did the procedure for shrinking the nodes in the nasal cavity, fail
He wanted to remove my tonsils and uvula, said fuck that
Other option was to go to a dentist to get their version of the mouthpiece, said fuck that after I found out the cost.
Bought pure sleep mouthpiece and never looked back.

Is the mouthpiece at all uncomfortable?

For the first week or so, yes.

You boil it for x amount of time to soften it
Follow the instructions to align your jaw so that it's pulled forward
Insert the mouthpiece to mold it, then cool it off

Since your jaw is pulled forward with the mouthpiece, the muscles take a bit of time to get used to it. Once that passes, you hardly notice it when you sleep. I rarely get that "jab to the ribs" anymore from the wife, and only snore on those rare occasions where I'm EXTREMELY tired. Other than that, it works like a charm.

Besides, you have a 30 or 60 day money back guarantee (check the site) if you don't like it or it doesn't work for you.

Ya, that's on the extreme side of apnea. I was only like 12 or so, so the machine wasn't really an option for me.
