Do you have to be a member of the NMFA the whole time you have the account with penfed?? And how did you donate $5? I only see options for One year membership: $20
Three year membership: $50 Lifetime membership: $300. Not that any of these would be a bad deal to get 3.99% APR.

Nevermind. You can opt for either one of the three donations, and still be a member with penfed for as long as you wish. Now, time to see if I get approved for that rate!

I don't mind. I paid for car $22,900 with 13000 miles on it. They refuse to negotiate the price, but they're making first two payments for me and that equals to a little bit over $900. So I really paid $22K.

Seriously, I think the lowest I've seen one listed for is in the high 26k range. And that is with a ton of miles on it. How did you manage that deal?

--didnt realize it was a 328, thought it was a 335, but still, a hell of a deal.

I was shocked too when I found that deal on Autotrader. BTW It took me weeks. I got it from Vista BMW in Pompano Beach, FL.

Car info: 2007 328i with only 13,000 miles on it. It is certified until 100,000 miles or 6 years. Free maintenance until 50,000 miles. New bridge tires (rft). One owner, very very clean - like new. Basic equpiment, nothing to fancy Clean Carfax!!!

...

However there is a bad side of that deal. 4 day after I got the car I found out that the rear quarter panel and trunk was painted. I got mad as hell because it was fixed really badly and for some reason they forgot to mention it to me. Under a proper angle you can see a sand paper grooves. I ripped off half a trunk to check if everything is original. I found no welds or bodywork - that's good!!! So the car wasn't in serious accident for sure. I contacted Vista BMW and they said that car had couple dings and scratches and they offered me to fix everything.

I guess that's why the price was so low.
