Help in Albany with PBX

GOT IT WORKING! Me and my friends fingers are almost blue but got it!!. Finally I got it back to stock, had my friend come over as my head wasn't clear to do it. Explained it to him and got it working, I appreciate the help and support so much. This is, or should be HALF the reason you buy a BMW, for the community.

When I return to NY on the 23rd to the 27th I will see if I can go somewhere for one of you guys to help with the install.

damn, ur a bit too far from me. Pin Outs are tricky.... go over all of your pins and if that fails, put it back to stock.

Will do the only thing is that when putting the stock pins back into the connector, they are now very weak from pushing them in and the only one I did try, didn't stay that well.

u need to be very gentle with the pins. The metal is very thin and weak and if forced or pushed too hard will bend and worst off all BREAK. It can be fixed and if you could get your car to me i could take care of it, but it's not starting right?

No it's not. I mean if I can't get it tonight or around the afternoon tomorrow I will give you $250 if you can make it up here. $_$ Maybe if you can even get up here tomorrow afternoon, I'm warming up then going to go take another look at it.

Does anyone have the diagram for where the pins go in stock? Want to make sure I get it right.

Yeah but it doesn't really matter at this point. Like I said, I'm been putting it back to stock little by little, it's 7°F so I can only do like 1 at a time, but I put in 2 pins wrong before and I NEED the diagram or some sort of which color wire goes where to make sure they in the correct area. I don't want to keep trying to start the car.

Yeah, put I can't be taking pictures at this time, especially the camera won't pick up the color that well. Hopefully will get it all back to normal come morning and if it doesn't I will have to resort to BMW assist.

That sounds like a bad idea to me...when do you have to leave for your trip/when do you need your car? I would try to hold out and at worst get a rental for your trip! Don't want to void your warranty if BMW notices something wrong with your ECU and wiring...
