Is this a good price for 2010 335i sedan

Hello Guys,
I am new here, but been lurking for a long time!

I've been contemplating to purchase a new 2010 BMW 335i sedan.
Listed below is the offer I received from a local dealership, could you tell me if this is a good offer?

2010 335i sedan

Alpine white

Black leatherette

Sport package

Steptronic auto transmission

Paddle shifters

Navigation system

MSRP - $46800
Dealer Offers - $43975

Besides, is 335i a reliable car (I intend to keep it for at least 7 years)?
Thx!

NBD

Hi Jaguar,
No, $2500 would be deducted AFTER all the taxes and fees are applied.
So it's $43975 + Tax & License - $2500 Holiday Cash.
Is it a good deal?
