There is a fitment difference. This is the 335i SSK
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...=25&fg=95&hl=1 This is the 328i/325i SSK http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...=25&fg=95&hl=2 Note the small differences in the shape of the shift lever and the shifting arm (part 7 for the 335i, unlisted for the 328) |

The shifter dogleg does not effect the fitment to the car. I have a B&M that is straight like the 355 SSK and it works fine in my 328. You should be able to run the 328 SSK in a 335 with the only difference being the location of the knob relative to the console opening. Personally, I wouldn't spend my money on the OEM SSK since it still has much too much isolation and will be as rubbery as the standard shifter.

i dont get it... the parts seem like will cost like the same for bmw to make...but will cost u 200 more b/c its for 335
