Tracking with VIN Number

A few posts have mentioned using the Track and Trace feature on WWL website. According to the posts, you enter your VIN number in the Cargo ID field. However, when I try using the VIN number supplied by the dealer, I'm coming up empty. Obviously, he could have given me the wrong VIN number. Has anyone else tried this feature recently. If it's working for someone else, I can pursue other avenues.

It never worked for me (Florida Delievery as well) I called my CA he gave me the ship name and i searched that way
