Quick Fitment Question

I have an '07 audi 3.2 Quattro with wheel specs:
Bolt Pattern: 5×112
Offset Range: 30 to 50
Wheel Size Range: 17×7.0 to 20×9.0

I am trying to buy winter wheels and tires from a friend: ET20 7.5J X18 225 45 18. Will these fit?

The ET20 is 10mm outside of your offset range meaning they'll stick out beyond your fenders. The lower the offset number the further out from your hub you'll be so you would need to get wheels that are in the +30 to +50 range with the +30 being your max on a 7" rim. Also what the bolt patter on those winter wheels?
