Changes in 2010 model 335i??

I just got hold of my new 2010 335i and was wondering if there are any major/minor changes in anything compared to 09, 08, and 07 models?(besides trim) and also how the jb tuner would work with my 2010?

There are really not alot of differences. 2010s if I'm correct all get the oil cooler and minor changes like new side mirrors and 09, 10s get the optional M-Sport package. All tuners as far as I have read including DME re-flash companies (i.e. GIAC) are compatible with all years.

major changes are due on 2011 models if i remember correctly...

Ease up! It doesn't mean urgent. It's just an icon...

No, that's exactly what it means. Like the "sad" icon on a thread would be for a BMW that had it's fuel pump die, or 'lightbulb' might signify "hey here's a new idea!". The big 'ol exclamation point warning icon means: "urgent!!". Though I agree with your point that it's not a big deal. Hence my effort to tell him I was just bustin his chops.

And the multiple question marks usually means irritation as opposed to a friendly non urgent question.

Ex: I was only going 55, why did the officer have to pull me over and give me a 300$ ticket????

Ex: Why did Mary choose a 328 instead of a 335?

Regardless, not a big deal. Just a pet peeve of mine:

I was given a new 135i as a loaner this morning while the 335i is in the shop getting a couple things checked....

It has sport package but not the premium...it has nav and idrive. Some things I noticed but not sure if carries over to 335i as well:

- I can see the tweeter through grill in front doors
- The black chrome exhaust tips look great
- Oil Temp gauge is 250 at midpoint and 340 at top if I remember right....think my 07 D90 is 210 for midpoint.
- Exhaust on the 135i seems a little louder than on my 335i
- In DS it does not seem to shift as aggressively as my 07 335i with original programming.
- 6 piston brakes on front with anodized calipers....instead of raw material like we have on hubs and calipers that oxidizes...looks great.
- Window on both doors lowers before door is opened and after shut it slides up under weather trim. I am guessing it is to lower wind noise at high speeds. Pretty nifty if it is durable and lasts.

Only drove to office so not noticed anything else really...that may transfer between the E90 and 135i models.

Visit TischerBMW order some e92 07-08 mirrors and swap them out.
