Detailer's Domain: Full Paint Correction - 993 C2S
What was done -
Exterior - Wheels were prepped with P21S Wheel Gel and cleaned up with various brushes - Tires were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash and washed down - Wheel wells were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash and washed down - Wash down and rinsed - Door jambs were cleaned up - Clayed - Dried - Paint inspected and measured - Wheels protected with Swissvax Autobahn - Tires dressed with Swissvax Pneu - 2 Step Paint correction (SIP, and PO85RD) - Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight - Swissvax Divine - Rubber and Plastics Treated - Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed - Exhaust tips cleaned Interior Detail - All interior surfaces cleaned and protected, including glass, and all vinyl/plastic surfaces. - Carpets and upholstery vacuumed. Products used: Product List: Exterior: Adam's Car Wash einszett Blitz Uber Yellow Wash Sponge Swissvax Clay Bar and Optimum Instant Detail Spray and Gloss Enhancer einszett Spray Wax Menzerna Super Intensive Polish Menzerna PO85RD Menzerna FMJ Swissvax Mystery Wheels and tires: Uber Wheel/Wheel Well/Tire/Engine Kit Interior: einszett Cockpit Adam's Glass Cleaner Leather Master Trio Tools: Infratech 5300 Flex 3403 Makita Metabo The Uber Foam Pads (5.5inch) Tons of "Uber" Microfiber Towels Uber Drying Towels Brushes Cam Spray Pressure Wash and Foam Canon Attachment Interior Before ![]() ![]() Mats out ![]() Car getting vacuumed ![]() ![]() ![]() Carefully vacuuming all the crevices ![]() After the car is completely vac'd and cleaned up with einszett Cockpit we move on to the Leather Master Trio for leather cleaning /protection ![]() Leather Master Strong cleaner with the Swissvax Leather Brush ![]() ![]() Wiping off the excess Strong Cleaner ![]() Vital and Protection being applied ![]() ![]() Interior After ![]() Exterior before ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Presoak with P21S Autowash ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cleaning up the seals, left over polish/wax residue/bug and tar ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Engine (sorry no final shot) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Rinsed ![]() Wheel clean up ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Washed up ![]() ![]() Rinse down ![]() After wash shots of the paint condition (pretty badly swirled) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Claying ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() After claying ![]() Masking ![]() ![]() ![]() Polishing ( 2 steps Menzerna SIP followed by Menzerna PO85RD) 50/50 shot ![]() Under the Sun Gun ![]() ![]() After 2 steps (SIP followed by PO85RD) under the Fenix ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Finally done polishing, final rinse prior to Menzerna FMJ/Swissvax Mystery ![]() Final step applied - Black Wow being applied to the bumperettes ![]() ![]() FMJ removed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() After FMJ set overnight we applied SV Mystery for that extra pop/depth/gloss ![]() Random shots ![]() ![]() ![]() Optimum Metal Polish on the tips ![]() Wheel wells dressed with Adam's Undercarriage Spray ![]() Wheels done with Swissvax Autobahn and tires dressed with Swissvax Pneu ![]() ![]() After shots ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (Permission to post pictures and this write up granted from client) |

That black brush you used on the wheels, is it good for getting into tight spots inside the wheel?
I was using the EZ detail brush from detailed image and its pretty good but it broke. Thinking of replacing it with something better/stronger/longer. Let mek now what your recommend. Great work as always. |
