Sadly, Jay, I am trading it in. Boy, does the trade in value suck for the Evo. I wish I was in a position to have 2 cars. I'm trading it in with my on going luck with the police. Driving the speed limit and obeying the traffic rules don't work with the Evo, apparently.
I do agree on you that it is not as raw as a car, but when I drove the 335i, I was honestly surprised at how fast it is. I was expecting is350 speed, but I was wrong. |

hahah. i can only imagine how hard it is to go through break-in when so many out there are gunning for you. I just ordered mine this past weekend, and I plan to do my entire break-in in one weekend out in the country, away from anyone who's going to want to play.

[QUOTE=wj4]I assume those two chicks are relatively young? It never cease to amaze me that those folks think that with an intake, they will own almost every car out there. But in reality, they're at the bottom of the food chain. /QUOTE]
The one thing i've learned when dealing with the modified crowd is to never underestimate anyone! The 335i is great and yes, I'm waiting for delivery of mine. But the Turbonetics Turbocharged Scion tC I'm running now runs 13.1-2 and you would never know it. Don't dismiss anyone, there is ALWAYS someone faster! But definitely stay away from the street races. Pissing Contest=Strike 1 NO THANKS

Just to put Scions in perspective, my friend wanted to test how fast his tC was, so he raced against my 92 Type I Acura Legend, and the Legend took it by 2 car lengths on a straightaway.
Can't wait for my 335i to come in, and no I don't drive like a maniac, he just wanted to see how fast (or slow, rather) his car was. Congratulations on the purchase, I'm waiting for a early February delivery! |

That legend was my first car sinnet! Wow, I raced a scion in a 530i a couple years ago, and I dont think I pulled on it very much at all. We had to break it off because we started to enter civilization and a spot known for cops (he must've known this, because we hit the brakes at the exact same time).
About chicks thinking their cars are fast... I was out with my boys one night, and this young lady seriously thought her C240 could beat my TL. It was pretty hilarious. A C240... give me a break.
