As many of you already know, there is supposedly a new Mtech rear diffuser available sometime in the Spring (?).
Questions:
1. Can this body-colored diffuser be retrofitted onto the current Mtech bumper?
2. Any pictures of this diffuser? (Trying my luck here )
3. Will there be a redesigned rear bumper altogether, OR just the diffuser?

I'm asking b/c I am about to pull the trigger on the rear Mtech bumper, but not sure IF I should wait. If the new rear diffuser can be retrofitted, then I think I would still get the bumper now. If not, I may just wait and see?!?! Thanks.

I just bought an M-tech rear from Tischer for my LCI. Jason @ Tischer said the diffuser is different for the LCI. It will be delivered Monday 1/18 I'll post pics once it gets here.

Supposedly, it is painted body color. And, I was talking about the "new" diffuser for the e92/e93s? There was a post about this. Will try to find it.

I think the M sport package will be the same, since they called it the same. Hopefully the new diffuser isn't just the current diffuser but painted the body color.

Yeah. I know what you mean. I am kind of hoping it is the same type of bumper but with a different diffuser. It would kind of su*# if I got the current Mtech rear bumper AND the new one looks a lot better.

Looks like you didn't miss out on anything. The new LCI m bumper looks the same to me. Heck, even the diffuser looks the same.

Thanks Sam. Pictures are kind of grainy, but definitely doesn't look like much of a change, if any. I will stick will my order of the MTech kit then
