BMW Engine Pictures ??

Does anyone know if there are any pictures out there of a 330d (06) engine, pictures.

ie one out of a car, with arrows pointing out certain parts .... something I can learn a bit more about where the basic parts are, I can not seem to find any at all.

Yup thats it 231Bhp 500 torques!!!...found it a while back had it in my favouries...excellent cut aways too!

Yep that looks like the one, as per the site anyway:

If anyone gets a little bored and can complete the numbers, so I can produce a ref for parts that would help me a lot.

The engine you have shown (m57tu2d30) is not the one in your car, I think its the new 245Bhp engine in the 330d LCI...have a look at this...but its confusing...

anyway...

1. Crank Pulley
2. Water pump???
3. Power steering pump
4. Air conditioning compressor
5. Intercooler
6. Thermostat
7. 7,8,17 to do with EGR
9. Oil filter
10.Intake duct...flow meter
11. Cooled air from intercooler
12. Charged air from turbo
13. Diesel Particle filter and or CAT
14. Starter motor
15. Exhaust manifold
16. Dont know sorry!!
