I don't think this is an unreasonable question for the consumer to ask.

Look at my garage and how much I have spent on the 330i. I have no problem plunking down some extra cash for added performance, but I won't do so without some STRAIGHT answers. And if I were to purchase this item, you can be damn sure I'd dyno test it.

And what sort of assurances are there that the DME70 will not compensate with it's own programming that controls adaptations? i.e., will the car's ECU adapt and slow it down again in time?

Ksfrogman,

Sorry that I haven't seen your post, but I have been working on a different project that will help all the communities that we are a part of.

As for your concern with the DME70 on a very basic level that could happen with only changing version coding....i.e. octane and county settings, however the EVOtech software has changes into a much deeper level of programming, for instance changes to the valve duration. I can not get into much deeper explanations of what is exactly changed for obvious reasons; however I can tell you that there are no concerns of the DME70 adapting over the EVOtech flash.

If we could get a stock 330, I will put the flash on your 330, and we can have it dyno'd pre and after. If the gains are not real, you are more then welcome to just walk away. If they are real you would b inclined to purchase the software. The dyno will of course be conducted by teknik. Just know that our advertised gain on the 330 is 10hp and 10ft of tq.

Now I want this ECU reflash so bad !!!!

it sucks that I already used all the money that I had for x-mas

it could has been perfect !!! I'm going away, I not going to use my car for 12 days so no problem with my parents asking me why my BMW is not working too bad.

I will have to save money so I can get it later. I just hope that the price difference is not going to be that big.

Still waiting to hear from EVOtech. They have to approve the special price, after the special is ended. We don't purchase "credits" from them like other software companies. This means that we can't sell a reflash, and then redem our credit when we want to.The holidays have been slowing down the industry. Sorry for the wait.

Evan

I need more clarification:

1. Do you have any client references for this products that we can contact about there's opinion? Per my search numbers of this forum re-flashed back to the OEM version.
2. Per dyno sheet I see 13.5 HP gain for 325i. Please feel to correct me if I didn't read the dyno sheet correctly.
3. There any option for "try-it be4 buy it".
4. What is the warranty includes and what the return policy?

Thanks again for sponsoring this forums and happy holidays.

Thank you for the info. It's interesting to see how the combination of modifications are working in concert with one another. I was pleasantly surprised to see how the GruppeM intake uniformly increased wHP and torque across the rpm range. I will add the Eisenmann quad exhaust and redyno. Last, but not least, it will be interesting to see how an ECU reflash works with those modifications.
