I wanted to try TruWheel once. First time I came they looked at the wheel and told me to come another day. When I came second time they refused to fix my wheel with a small bent. They said it will cost me less to buy a new wheel rather than repair that bent. Then I took the wheel to Firestone station a mile away from them and the guy there fixed it for me for free in 15 min.

I saw that thread. What sucks is I live like 3 blocks from the Sunset Blvd. lol So since your thread i've been avoiding taking any of the sunset strip. These potholes are popping up like yogurt shops now. Now to just hope this rain goes away soon and Caltrans makes good use of our tax money and repair these potholes asap. |

tru wheel (800-fix-a-rim). bent all four rims pretty bad last year during a canyon run gone wrong. fixed in a couple of days - nearly as good as new at a reasonable cost (about $100/rim)
