How? The Saints played a great game. But, 2 of those fumbles caused them at least 6 points which would have had them winning in the long run..... They also didn't protect Favre for crap which led to that ankle injury. Overall, the whole offense cost them the game. Favre's one mistake of the whole game though was the deciding one which cost them in the end.......
Again, great game by the Saints, but it was the Vikings that lost it. |

The point overall here is you obviously are just a T-shirt fan that has no clue how competitive football plays out. If you make mistakes or 'beat yourself' or 'cost themselves the game' is all part of the game. The Saints made mistakes too. Brees was throwing wobbling passes and Bush was running backwards again. So what? Every game, both teams make mistakes. The winner and the 'BETTER' team usually makes the least amount of mistakes offensively and stays strong on the defense.
