Recommend a Chicago area dealer for ED

Looking to do a MY 2011 E92 ED, can anyone recommend a dealer?

Motorwerks of Barrington has a guy that I spoke to that seems to be one of the more experienced guys in that field. I can't remember his name, however. Older gentleman and I believe if you do a search for ED in chicago he comes up. My issue is that I find in general MW is somewhat overpriced.

Another option is Hans at Knauz.

irv robinson at motorwerks of barrington is supposedly the one that alot of people go through no matter where they are from in the US.

I got mine from Orland Park with a decent price. I had to work the deal alot though, but not to bad.

Irv Robinson , by far the expert , honest, easy to deal with and will get you the best price. I did euro delivery through him and searched many dealers. He did not disappoint.

i heard good things about irv

i used Jorgn Esser out of Baltimore, MD to do a ED 2 yrs back and it was good... $500 over euro invoice

Hands down - Irv. Nobody knows more about the process, and nobody will beat his pricing and he doesn't play games to get to the best price.

while.. to be perfect honest with you..price is not really my main concern..but they did offer a really good deal. i bought my e46 m3 from them too. i think that helped a little bit..my price wa actually about 2k offer EU offical price at that time.. that was not really bad consider the car just came out a couple of mouth ago..they also let me keep the Euro plate if you were wondering. i am consider buying a new m3 from orland park this time. since i will be paying cash for the car. they are giving me a deal.

both dealership is nice.. westmont is also mods friendly .. i came in with my injen intake and other mods ..no words said..replace 2 HPFP though ...hope this will help you
