Carbon fibre trims wrapped

just bought a spare set of trims and had them wrapped in the carbon fibre and its transformed the look of the car inside.
not many more mods to do now to keep the car looking tasteful and not over the top.

here is the main pic and when the weather picks up and i can give all the trims a wipe down i will post more pics.

Looks surprisingly nice with the msports seats.

Does it not make the cabin look a bit monotone though?

not at all it looks nice with the rest of the black but also breaks it up with the weave.

very nice, i am looking to replace my entire trim as some areas are really scuffed on the new (used) one i have just picked up..

did you get them from the stealer, or somewhere else?

also, how long does it take to remove and replace all the trim?

cheers!

$40 for the fabric and £125 for the trimmer if you take off and refit your trims which is what i did.
the time to remove and fit trims is just over an hour with care.
i was lucky enough to find a spare set of trims for sale on the forum for £60 delivered but werent in the best condition but that didnt matter.

total cost £210.

its $40 a yard and a good trimmer will cover and have plenty left over with 1 yard.
if he uses a full yard then he has had some balls ups along the way.
i have a fair size piece left but will find somewhere to use it.

If anyone fancies doing this mod, I have some tatty E92 trim (no dash trim) in my garage that can be had for silly money. Would mean you could keep some of your own trim.

PM if interested
