Zebra to Horse...Jax to the OC
Well, I'm moving back to Cali after 5 years in Jacksonville, FL. Overall, I'm looking forward to the move...
Bad things though...lower pay, higher cost of living, AND here my stock 335 e92 is pretty rare. My friend has a 328 and I've seen maybe one white e92 around... Reading on the forums though, it seems like I'll just be another one of many in SoCal. No wonder you guys all have the mod bug. It's tougher to stand out. My first mod was gonna be a tune, but now I'm thinking some CSLs and the M3 side skirts. |

Unfortunately there's been a steady rise of E92's out here and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. I personally don't see too many modded cars tho.
Good luck with the move back. Must be quite a haul from FL to CA. |

I don't even look twice at stock E9x anymore, they're so common. |

I pass at least 15 E9x's on my 6 mile drive up the 405 every morning. Most are 328s prem/sport/nav combo (those are a dime a dozen in OC) with an occasional 335. I find that if I venture north or south of OC, those numbers drop drastically.

i think it depends what part of so cal you are in. there's more e9x in SFV and some parts of OC. but I don't see as much in SGV and eastward from there.

if ur down in the center OC (HB, Vietminster, Garbage Grove, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Tustin, Irvine...etc).. .theres 5 freaking bmw 3series at ever street lights..... i'd say 1 out of 5 is modded.
BTW, a 3series is like a civic down here!

yeah im totally in agreement, i live in west long beach and i dont see too many, perhaps a few 328s here and there but not alot of 335s. However i work in irvine and i drive down the 405 and 22 and as i go through the O.C and into tustin/irvine my car goes from a diamond to a CZ in a matter of 20 miles lol
