Flat Tire Change....6hrs!!!!

So good old Life Quality strikes again.......drop off the car with a huge screw in one of the tires at 3pm yesterday and the car won't be ready until mid-day today??????? WTF!!!!!

What are they doing?????

ohh man 6 hrs??? geez probably 2 hrs looking at it, 2 hrs finding their tools, 1 hr 30 mins talking about last nights tv show, and 30 mins actually changing it!!! bill BMW for 6 hrs of hard work

I have the tire protection package and they are run-flats.......picked up the car and drove home....the wheel stayed on the car which is surprising but had to clean off the grease stains on the hood and doors...thanks for the complimentary wash fellas!

Only LQ can make your car 10 times dirtier then when it came in!

First of all i dont no why someone would go to the dealer to change a flat but Life Quality always treated me well... dan wallace is the man and if ur cool with him he usually does a great job at helping out.. one bad experience doesnt mean that LQ is shit... prolly just a busy day or somin.. better luck next time
