If you live out in the west end and need your vehicle serviced try an honest operation like Techmax Auto Repair.

sincerely,

Mike

I have had do many issues with Mississauga of Mississauga, I to will never go there again, I had a bulge in my tire, so I took it in to get it covered under the tire warranty I bought, they changed te tire and told
me that treadlife(the tire insurence company) wanted to inspect the tire ad I either have to wait for them to reimburse BMW
to get my car back or pay up front, I need my car so I had no choice but to pay and wait for the reimbursment, which 2
months later they decide to say,
sorry their not going to cover it.

I have no issues with them, like any service industry you will have a bad experience sooner or later....

I had a similar situation with Budd's - tire warranty and bulge on tire.

They dismounted tire / wheel and tried to determine cause. The warranty company didn't care, as they cover flat tires and related damage, not bulges.

I was pissed Budd's didn't know this right from the start.
They waived any charges, I picked up my car, and got a new tire elsewhere.

I think that was satisfactory.

You're experience, if it was as you stated, seems unprofessional to me.

My case was when I was going to new york for that meet in july. Still in toronto, my tire decides its going to explode on me at 4am.

I got my car towed to BMW of Mississauga. By the time the shop opened and they looked at my car, it was around 8:30am (4 and a half hours of my trip now delayed). I had treadlife too and decided to just buy the tire, have them mount it and deal with treadlife after to get my reimbursement.

They didn't have any 255/30/19 tires (the ones that come on the Style #230 rims)... so they had to source it out from Parkview BMW (the one I normally go to and NEVER had any problems there). By the time they got the tire and had it on my car and ready to drive off, it was about 11am... my whole road trip was already ruined at this point to avoid the rush at the border crossing into the U.S.

I had to harass the dealership, treadlife and BMW Canada for nearly 4 months to receive my payment back.

Atta is one of those guys YOU need to stay on top of because he will miss appointed/scheduled phone calls.

4 months of excuses and running around... I thought that was unacceptable for a measely $1,000 cheque.

Call BMW Canada and complain. BMW Canada will then call the dealership to find out the problem and then take it from there.

former bmw mississauga customer here...

i know someone in service and another one in sales who worked for bmw mississauga and they decided to leave the dealership after almost 10 years. deteriorating dealership standards caused many of their loyal customers to go elsewhere.

i was also told that other good techs left the dealership as well, leaving the "bad apples" behind. it's better to avoid this dealer for now until they get their act together.

Really sad to see that they would rather screw a repeat customer for $400 than resolve the issue and provide a credit or refund.

I have the same tire warranty, and I have had two incidents with my vehicle.

Both incidents involved potholes and road debris that caused the damage

However, I was compensated with a new rim and tire on both occassions by BMW of Mississauga, and was dealing with Ata

One of the summer tires on my cars has a bubble on it and I'll be taking it in for replacement in the spring using the extra tire-warranty. I'm going to BMW of Mississauga, hopefully it all goes well as I haven't had any problems with them thus far!
