help me out, who does the best conversions halogen > xenons?

i have been searching the net and the forums, and im talking to a few people who seem to know what they are doing, but sitll. i have heard bad things about that guy andy. and now im talking to i think his name is jason.

and i dont know from who i should buy the conversion from, and will i be able to control the xenon lights moving up and down as i can do with my halogens?

I've heard Damon does a great job his name on here is DSC201KNOC
