Question Mud flaps

Does it impair the look of the vehicle? or do you think its fine to put one without suffering aesthetic appeal?

I agree, I want to buy the rear ones but paint them so they blend with the car better.

Mudflaps on E90 2009

I don't think that mudflaps are an option on the e90 after 2008. Not sure why.

it seems they would be worth it. The back of the tires stick out so much compared to the fronts, and so much crap comes up when its wet. I'm going to get some for my rears.

Or to put it another way: Did you ever see mudflaps on a Ferrari, or a ________ (insert name of other performance car here)?

DO NOT GO THERE!!!

i have them on mine, looks ok not too bad. Definitely nice for winter with all the nasty snow crap. Rather it hit the flaps than the paint, but I have to remove mine soon, i think they'll get in the way with a drop. Guess i'll find out when it warms up a little

The only sports cars in the world that can get away with mud flaps are the subaru STI and the mitsubishi EVO. Because those are rally cars. A 3 series is not a rally car.
