broken seats

hi there ,

i was just wondering has any of you guys/girls experinced problems with their seats ? i got a e92 m sport coupe and my seats keep breakiing for example these 2 black clips have come off and then the seats get stuck.

the seats dont go back and forward when they suppose to and they get stuck.

i took it into the dealer and they had replaced the clips 2 weeks ago , but yesterday i found they had both come off again and am having the same problem again , also i had realised from the last job bmw had done (replacing the carpet ) they did not put back my center console back togeather properly and certain parts keep poping out

Never send your car to ELMS BMW BEDFORD they are absalout S****

hahahaha lol i tried once but some werid man was lookin through the window had the chase him away! never treid again !

but no it just seems like if i lower my seat down and then push it back the clips just seem to break off? surley it shouldnt do that?
