Piaa 6500k angel eye help.

hey guys i just got a set of piaa 6500k angel eyes and woundering if there good and are they bright pics would be nice. and can some one give me a diy for it? thank you.

I had a chance to check out the PIAA angel eyes on a local customer. They had a blue/greenish hue weren't that bright compared to the MTEC e90 v2 units.
