If it's a 335 Coupe I would say excellent, despite them charging you for floor mats which a lot of dealers throw in and a BS detailing fee and PDI.

Anything else, so-so.

Yep, 335...just edited it for clarity.

I wonder if I should just suck it up since 1100 is good, or whether I should bitch about the PDI and prep.

I hope some awful doc fee and MACO don't magically appear at the dealer

No that is great - $1500 over - basically.

I'd go for it.

If you're leasing, make sure they don't get you on the MF and acquisition fee. Fee should be $625. MF should be per the post in Bimmerfest's 'Ask A Dealer' forum.

My ordered vehicle is similar to ezatnova's. My dealer is threatening the Full Monty bump of .0004 on the MF. How much of a difference from the buy rate will this make monthly on a 36 month/12K lease? I'm befuddled by all the lease calculators.

I don't know what the PA inspection fees are, but the detail and floor mat fees are utterly .
No one, NO ONE, pays for floor mats!

Floor mats are a courtesy. I saw a floor mat thread here and everybody and their cousin were getting mats for free, some both winter and carpeted. I posted that I must be the only numbskull who didn't think of asking for mats. Wouldn't you know, my CA asked me while she was filling out the BMW Assist paperwork, "do you want carpeted or rubber mats?" So at least I did get one set without asking. Carpeted OEM, and it's garbage, really bad mats. To pay $129 for them is unthinkable.

Anyway, I used to read these pricing threads with great interest, until I finally found why there's no way to answer whether it's good or not. Many people are leasing, or buying with a trade. That really throws everything off. If someone said they were getting their 335 coupe at 3k off paying cash, no trade, I'd say fantastic. As soon as they mention a lease or trade, it's anyone's guess what's going on.

True, but I'll tell them to go shove it if I get a penny less than KBB for my trade.

You're deal is ok,they should include the floor mats, but you need to have them fill in ALL the blanks ( doc fee and any other ) just so there are no surprises. Why can't they just say 1500 over, including our fees ? Ask for the out the door price !
