I was flying back to San Diego on Tuesday on 9:15pm flight. Sitting at the airport waiting to start boarding. This super cute girl in bright green jeans sits directly across from me and keeps checking me out. I check her out couple of times. We smile at each other. She got glasses on and looks maybe 23-25 y/o. We start boarding and she is 2 rows in front of me. And then i discover seat-to-seat chat! AWESOME! So i write her "nice jeans". We chat. She is pretty funny and as i am about to ask for her number, she writes "oh shoot, i have school early tomorrow morning". Im like "School? Whats your major? You look like you are going for a business degree". She goes "Oh no. Im still in high school!"

I almost fell out of my seat! lol. Then she goes "How old are you?" I am turning 33 but not wanting to look like an old perv i tell her to guess. She goes "you look like you are around 25". I reply "wow, you are right on the money. did you steal my drivers license while i wasn't looking??"

Needless to say i did not ask for this girls number, but she was pretty damn cute. When we landed she took of her glasses and i realized how young she looked. hahah

And yes, i came to SF last Friday and was dumb enough to bring a jacket. It was sooooooo freaking cold the next day that i thought my balls would shutter like an icicle falling off the roof. lol

haha nice one!

When your in the city and you want to drive some twisties, I suggest going to Presidio Park late night when there are no cars. Really fun place to drive. Don't test your limits just take them turns nice and hard and I'm pretty sure you'll have fun. Also a place to eat in the city if you want to have a extremely nice sit down restaurant is House of Prime Rib. Hope you have fun in the city.

r&g lounge is excellent chinese food near china town, its on kearny. as for italian, i've tried all of the restaurants in north beach (aka little italy) and find them to be super average. as for italian, i like Acquerello its on sacremento street between polk and van ness.

I agree...however watch out for park rangers there. They are sitting around just for this case scenarios. I got pulled over there for going 5 over the speed limit, but luckily I was let go.

It's pitch black there at night and perfect for cops to hide.

I just got back to NJ today... I had a great time in San Francisco. haha I ended my vacation with a trip to House of Prime Rib last night. It was definitely a great suggestion. I just wanted to thank all of you guys for giving me suggestions on places to go. I didnt really see a lot of E9X, but I did see a lot of E46's when I went to Club Whisper. It was definitely fun. Thanks!

Nice! I was at the House of Prime Rib on Sat. night. Had to wait for more than 1 hour and a half, basically closed out the joint, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Unlike you, I saw quite a bit of E9X, but that was on my way up to Napa..there were like 1 E9x per 5-6 cars...amazing. Overall, it was a good trip, and just flew back today.

Hello,
I'll be visiting San Francisco around the end of July.

Does anybody know a place where I can rent a stick shift / manual car? Don't need anything exotic - something like a Miata / MX-5, a Mini or even a Wrangler would be fine.

I know there's a place called City Car Rental but I don't think they have an airport drop-off facility.

Thanks!

I think you'll enjoy driving around the city more if you have an automatic to be honest...especially if you'll be driving around during the weekend when there's a ton of people in the downtown/union square/pier39 area

Its been 2 years (damn, times been flying by), it looks like I'm coming back in the end of this month. I may start a new tread, but for now I'll continue this one.

Any new suggestions as far as restaurants or stuff to see. Anything open up between the last two years?

Thanks guys!
