VW ripping off BMW style?
I think we all associate the hofmeister kink pretty strongly with BMW. Next to the kidney grills, it's one of the iconic styling cues.
Well what do you think of this on the new Jetta concept car? Ripping off BMW style? |

I wouldn't really say it's ripping off, several cars have that styling trait. It's not much different than the "bangle butt" trunklid that eventually made its way onto many other manufacturers cars years later.
