hi all,

as the title says, 'FEELER'. it is NOT quite an offer for sale yet. not issue of pics, but of the idea. (so please, no

was curious. currently have a set of the staggered 189s. considering buying another set to get 18x8.5 all-around, but will obviously have FOUR 18x8 leftover. not a 'must-do' but if no one is interested, i would not do it...

btw, the wheels will be in as clean and pristine a condition as possible, as i will not purchase anything less. the price will most likely be $1,200 picked-up. they will have tires, guessing from what i've seen and what i've bought, the good thing is the fronts tend to have more tread left, all things considered. case in point, the set i bought has about 4/32nds left on the rear, vs a hair over 6/32nds on the fronts, hence the logic for the pricing.

in socal, most likely prefer local pickup, cash and carry.

Sorry but you might get more people interested if they can actually see the rims...I know people can just search the style and see what they look like but most people are too lazy for that...

gotcha! yes. i'm a newbie, and not knowing what it looked like initially did drive me a little nuts. your wish is granted.

ahahahaha! hey there. they should! we'll see. car is coming TODAY between 1p and 3p. unfortunately, the first order of things is to stand in line at the dmv to transfer title properly to us (out of state purchase can be a hassle. in-state would have been piece of cake at dmv...)

I might be interested, since I have an xi and therefore no need for the staggared. But I'm not understanding this, if you currently have a staggered set up, wouldn't you just need to buy 2 more rims, and therefore be selling only two 18 x 8 rims?

good point, matt -

my thoughts:but - probably easier to buy a set than have someone break theirs. then they'd be stuck with TWO 18x8 fronts. in general i see people not willing to do that. i know i would be more motivated to sell as a whole than part it.

btw, let me post a ballpark price on the initial post...
