hey i have an e92 335xi and I'm pretty sure that h&r does not make race springs for xi editions.....? I called everywhere and no one had race springs for xi... could be mistaken though

no the springs are only listed as for the rwd models, but they are 100% compatible with the xi

just curious, what exactly do these springs do for xi models that's different from the stock set-up? Do they allow safe amount of lowering in the front/back? Would these springs work on all e90 models (i have 2006 330xi)?

thanks in advance.

as far as i can find they will not fit a wagon, but i'm not 100% sure

the rides not much harsher than stock at first, if your stock dampers are in good shape, but lowering them will wear them out faster and eventually when they're blown the ride will get pretty rough and you'll want to buy aftermarket dampers as well

ok after a little more searching it sounds like all our springs are the same and compatible, regardless if the cars coupe, sedan, wagon, rwd, awd, sport suspension, non sport suspension.

so yes to the best of my knowledge they will in fact fit your wagon

hmmn, another question, why would the springs lower the back more than the front (for an xi model)? Wouldn't that produce a not so aesthetically pleasing rake? I'm kinda new to these terms (like rake) so keep that in mind.....is this just an xi "thing" so that the front clears more snow? thanks in advance for helping to clear things up...and by the way, yes, I may be interested in the springs.....

cause the cars are slightly higher in the rear stock, so the aftermarket springs try to compensate for that and flatten it out
