Dallas PROcede review

Wow.....
Today my BMW became a rocket.
The car pulls like my e46 M3 used to, it honestly made me realize how down tuned BMW must have tuned the car. The car feels incredible and how it should, once you drive it you wont want to drive anything else.
If you want your 335i to feel like it should, this is the perfect mod for you.

(Had to take off the greddy rs too much boost for the piping)

PS: The sticker is the shit....

The piping wouldnt hold, every time the engine torqued it would blow because of the extra boost and power, it wont hold with a metal pipe, needs a ruber or plastic pipe.

Hi guys,
Nice meeting all of you today Finally made it bad to the hotel for some much-needed rest. FWIW, the reason your bov pip wont stay is place is because the pipe joint needs to be flexible to account for the engine torquing over (twisting in the engine mounts). The factory plastic joint is bellowed to allow for this movement. Your aftermarket bov pipe is rigid which means that all the engine movement has to be accounted for by the silicon piping. And that's just not enough. It really doesn't have anything to do with boost pressure. The only way to fix the situation is to either go back to the stock pipe or add bellowed silicon couplers like the other day we did today with a BOV. His stayed it put although i still question how useful the mod is for anything other than sound and underhood bling. Then again, I love stickers

cheers,
shiv

That ultimate racing bov kit comes with a hard pipe with the flange welded on and the bov attached. The pipe is clamped on with silicone in between, are you saying that whole metal pipe comes off when the engine moves?? Im just a little confused as to what is actually coming off... I know the mod isnt usefull but i love the bov sound...

Your E46 M3 must have been really damn fast if your 335 with Xede "pulls" like your old E46 M3

I know i have raced stock M3's with SMG and I have actualy beat them, and im bone stock.

^ that's true, the m3's gearing is better on the top end

shiv, I remember hearing that XEDE had problems w/ modulating fuel or something of the sort when the car was on a steep incline, has this been resolved in the Procede? Also, are there any other known issues w/ PROcede? You can PM me if that'd be better, but I'd like to know.

Problems with modulating fuel? I was not aware that it had any such problem. Where did you hear this?

ignore that, some idiot thought it was a good idea to drive up a hill in sixth gear @ 15 mph and then complained that the xede was causing his engine to shake

If you want your 335i to feel like it should, this is the perfect mod for you.
