What trim looks best?

I just traded my chrome window trims for black matte trims plus some cash. But I traded them before I got my wheels. So which do you think will look the best?

Can you change the trim on an e92???

Oh yeah the black makes the whole car look clean!!!

It is a personal choice. I voted chrome trim because I like the look of it on a dark color car with tinted windows. On a lighter color car or with windows not tinted I don't think it mathers as much. Both black and chrome can look gorgeous. Your car looks very good with the black trim andwould look good with the chrome as well. My E46 330xi is Jet Black with tinted windows and I love how the chrome window trim enhances the all around corner clears.

My upcoming E91 328xiT will unfortunately come with the mate black window trim. The car will be Black Sapphire and will have the windows tinted. I plan to do the window trim switch and I have all the part number to complete the swap. It will be expensive considering that to change the lower horizontal trim on the rear windows of the wagon, the window needs to be changed as a whole. On a sedan it not as much a concern. I even have a price quote on the parts and will most likely will get the pieces ordered and those windows pre-tinted as the same time than the whole vehicle before I take delivery. This mod will make my car look unique considering I will perform the railectomie and that I have euro Xenon and blacklines ordered and shipped my way. I can't wait. I never modded a car so much. Probably because my other two cars are more estheatically pleasing with fewer less expensive modification. I have to stop blowing somuch money on my cars. Sorry, I got carried away.

Back to original topic, Do what your heart is telling you. You can't go wrong either way. Keep us posted and if you do the change, post some new pictures.
