irvine pig...NEED HELP!

just got a ticket for a supposed "unsafe lane change" which was total B.S. The only reason he used that was to pull me over for smoked tail lights. Anyways, he gave me a ticket for "modified light equipment" and he checked "No" for the "Correctable Violation". So, even though I cant correct it technically. Can i just replace the tail lights with stock red OEM's and go to a police station, get it signed off, and then go to the court and pay a $25 court fee to the court clerk? Also, does anyone know how much is a "unsafe lane change" violation cost?

on jeffrey ofcourse. seems like these cops LOVE jeffrey! but fml. my school is on it and everyday i c 2 motorcyle cops at least, and if im lucky another cop car patrolling the streets

haha im right on culver/barranca and i see cops everywhere. only got 35% tinted windows and no front plate, haven't had any problems yet knock on wood. seems like only the 335i drivers around here get pulled over, guess i'm too slow so they don't even care lol.

im up on jamboree and walnut, i hardly see officers on bikes. (Unless i take jamboree down to barranca, then i'll see one or two) Luckly i dont drive too much in those areas

dont worry i got cited by CHP for front tints and he checked UNCORRECTABLE.. which was bs! i called the court and they said it was. They sent a letter few weeks later telling me i can pay $25 and get it corrected or pay the fine

yea ino srsly, these cops have no lives. they already get jealous of people in a bmw or higher end cars. but if an officer sees a MODDED foreign feature; God forbid if he does not pull it over.

Hopefully you don't truly believe this. They have better things to do than be jealous of you, or anyone else driving a BMW.

yea thats true. but you have to believe that to a certain extent there is a certain amount of prejudice that comes with certain cars.

i have a modified M, with a loud exhaust and tinted windows. never been pulled over.

Same shit happened to me. I come out of my apartment complex and i see 3 irvine pd's on the side of e yale with someone else pulled over. I'm like damn sucks for him. Little do I know out of the 3 cops there 1 looks right at my car and gives the other 2 cops the "hey, i'll be right back" signal. So i'm like aw fuck here he comes. And Right when the light turns green his lights turn on right behind me.. Fix It ticket for Smoked Tails, but let me go for my exhaust, tints and not having proof of insurance. mine's a fix it ticket though.
