Dealer tells me i have to use BMWFS for ED

Is this correct? has anyone used another finance company? BMWFS rates for 2011 3 series are 6.9%.

its cuz of the insurance and stuff. Major pain trying to tell US banks about the program.
others have financed through BMWUSA for pickup, then after it gets to the US, they refinance through their credit union/bank etc.

Not true technically. There are banks that will work with you. All of the military credit unions like Penfed will accept ED loans, and non military can join.
