Stock clutch expected life?
So, I'm at 57k miles now on my car, and it just doesn't seem like the clutch grabs like it used to. It does seem to hold well under full acceleration, however I used to be able to chirp the tires going into 2nd gear under full acceleration with DSC off too. It seems like the clutch can't grab quite well enough to do that anymore and slips a little if I try to engage quickly under full acceleration.
I have owned this car since day 1, and it was my first standard tranny, although other standard drivers seem to think I am at least an average or above average standard driver. Is what I described a sign that my clutch might go in the near future, or is this just normal for stock BMW clutches over time? Also, I am thinking about getting a JB3 later in the year. Should I think about doing upgrading my clutch and/or other drivetrain components before I add the extra power?

I'm at 45k miles and I can tell my clutch disc is wearing as well. Under WOT it doesn't grab as well as it used to and sometimes hangs the RPM hang a bit before catching.
