Well, car is officially ordered..thru a broker..Autoadvocates.com...and will be built week #7, with probable delivery around April 15...ew, tax day! Broker is getting the car from Sonnen BMW in San Rafael CA. Really think I can get a under $600/month lease payment..we will see.
BTW, deal seems to be about $1700 off MSRP.

Base Monthly Rental: $575.10
Monthly Use Tax: $47.25

Bank Fee: $750 (shouldnt this be $695?)

your security should be waived on a sedan.

buy rate is 0.00165

bank buy rate is $595

the buy rate should be .0015. you must pay a security deposit to get that rate, unless you are a former bmwfs customer. otherwise, rate will be .00165. your rate is marked up. you can do better. also, you should get the cold weather package, it includes heated seates and fold down rear. it also has the headlight washers and is about the same price as the heat/fold seats. bank fee is also marked up from $625 i think
