Interns of campatibility with the procede, what steps must I take 2 integrate the coolingmist with procede?, is it as easy as changing the maps on the procede 4 meth and jus simply installing the kit? Or you must hook up the the cmg 2 the procede 4 it 2 work.
Also what can't I do with the cmgs vs. The varicool (other) gauge? |

if your procede can do flow mapping (I think rev 2 does) you just set the cmgs to output the flow signal to the procede. The process of connecting to the procede *SHOULD* be simple. Somewhere on the procede there will be connection or wire that gets the flow signal, you connect our orange wire from the CMGS to that wire and set the CMGS to out put flow. The diagram is shown a few posts back. I had one of our techs to do a quick video to show you how to set the unit up. Its configurable to do a number of things and work with many different tunes. You only need to set it up one time. We dont have scripts or time to make the audio perfect, we take our vids in one run and do no editing so its not perfect but will show you what you need to know for setup. Let me know how else I can help. VIDEO http://www.coolingmist.com/videos.aspx?videoid=16#video If you dont want to do flow mapping, CMGS will work in stand alone mode, you dont have to connect to the procede. you can even setup a custom failsafe if you want or just run it as a system. The CMGS is a 52 MM gauge. The VC2 is a 3.5 X 3.5 inch square box. Thats the only difference. The enclosure for the CMGS is custom built CNC machined Billet Military Grade anodized, so its pretty sweet. Last edited by coolingmist; 03-20-2010 at 11:58 AM.. |

You don’t need to hook the CMGS and Procede together and the function is the same for CMGS and the other gauge. I' currently using them stand alone. Later on it will be possible to hook the CMGS to the Procede to take advantage of the Procede meth flow sensing function. I don’t think this is released yet.
