Dinan s3 M3 - underdrive crankshaft pulley
The new s3 m3 comes with it, WTF? Weren't they openly against underdriven or overdriven crankshaft pulleys?? They even have an article on their site talking about negative impacts..

Why not just remove the belt from the alternator.

I haven't read the article in a very long time, but I think it's about running an u/d crank pulley with a lightweight flywheel. I might be wrong though.

reason i'm bringing it up is because a lot of people brought up this article from Steve Dinan and tuning by changing out pulleys when we discussed the NST pulley (in addition to the pulley not having a damper element and replacing a dampened OEM pulley)...
