Is this a good deal on a 335i coupe?

It seems like a lot of dealers are stuck at MSRP since everyone wants one of these. Is 1500 off MSRP and no additional fees a good deal? Most dealers I spoke with said that if I can get that to take it. Has anyone else found a better deal?

I was able to get $1000 over invoice. Reason being that me and 4 of my buddies also bought e92's from the same guy
