Are you asking for vynal coating on car panels? ie changing colour. If so, the larger sign companies like sign-a-rama might be able to help you out. Even though there is no printing, the end result is they take the vynal and coat your vehicle.

Looked into this before, Not worth it, Costs as much as painting your car.....but I guess you'll hold your re-sale! The other option is to get overseas company to send you the vinyl for your car, if you're looking for some companies I know a few that do some pretty good stuff!
