Anyone deal with e-92 lighting guy is very slow no call back waiting 3 weeks for silly e90 lci reflectors>>not a happy customer

ive dealt with e92-lighting twice...and by far the fastest shipping that ive got from any sponsor here on the site...maybe your reflectors are just backordered. and you prob call to early in the morning cuz there 3 hours or so behind us on the east coast.

Isn't that a sponsor on the site? Did you PM him before posting this??? I have a feeling that there's more to this story. Seriously, people need to chill with this sort of casual b*tching on public forums unless there's a serious problem.

well i ordered lights from him and they shipped very fast and he was very quick to respond to me all ways but seems these past few days he hasn't responded back to about returning an unused set of h7's.
im sure hes just busy these few days |

I have to say Derrick @ E92 was brilliant.... He gave me great advice on what I should be ordering and answered numerous questions.
I purchased on a Wednesday evening and the part were delivered to me on Monday morning. I think that's pretty impressive for a transatlantic delivery! Plus the shipping was only $15, again I think that's pretty impressive. Take a chill pill - (That's not the blue one with a V on it in the cabinet!) |

I think you all need to do a little search on this forum.
The Good : Derrick ships stuff incredibly fast, whether it be GP Thunders, or other stuff he has in stock. The Bad: Painted reflectors...had TERRIBLE experience with this. Slow when not in stock (which is to be expected), and his shop seems to be giving him a hard time...so I don't know. The best thing is to PM him and ask him what's up, whether it be a refund or an update on the current status (and maybe with expedited shipping) I have to admit, he didn't respond for some reason when I was trying to ask him what's up with my order. |

Definitely slow or no answers after order is placed.
I'm going on more than a month and I'm still missing a piece and they are dodging my emails. See my post in the other thread for more info. I wouldn't use them again and neither should anyone else contemplating it. |
