3M™ DI-NOC™ Carbon Fiber Wrap Vinyl...
I spoke to Jason at Aerotect in SoCal. They made pre-cut kits for the Lexus interior... I am gathering up for some interest for pre-cut kits for the interior of any bmw... all you need to do is put up your name here.... we might be able to get some discount for this... i will forward the list to him.... he needs some kits currently... to pre-make the kits.. i am sending my e92 interior trim kit with idrive over to him soon. he mentioned that it would be around $120... please be reminded these are precut and adhesives are already included... no messy wraps... i might need around 15-25 people to get the price down. e90s are welcomed... please send them your kits if you want them to install for you guys. details of the company can be found : http://aerotect.net/Carbon-Fiber.html they have done my lexus previously and it is perfect 1. lionheart90k(andre) 2. 3 4 5 6 7 |

$120 shipped for enough to cover the entire interior trim?

The 3m is not very easy to fit around curves. I'm pretty handy with stuff like this and couldn't work with the stuff at all. It doesn't bend like the fabric does. Apparently you need a heat gun to "melt" it around the bends. I would not recommend this brand.

We use DI-NOC to CF wrap roofs. We've done E46 M3, E60 5-series, E90 and E92s with no issues up to this point. illirep is correct in that it does require a little heating which will raise the labor costs a little but it's certainly worth it to get it done the right way. I would highly recommend this product if you're looking for a high-grade wrap that'll last a lonnnnnnng time and withstand the elements.

I'd do it except shipping my trim wouldn't be possible...

120 is expensive. I just bought a 4ft X 5 ft roll for 135 shipped. Adhesive is always included. It's pre-applied pressure sensitive glue

IMO precutting it makes it harder. You have to line up the edges perfectly. If you get a sheet you'll just have to cut it and wrap the edges around after you apply the vinyl. If you mess up you can just lift it up and reapply. If you do this with a precut piece it would stretch and you would need to cut it anyway.

What we need is for someone to measure how much we need. The rolls are usually 4ft in width. Like I said I just bought the 4' x 5' roll to wrap my roof and if I have enough left over to wrap my interior trim, I'll measure how much we need. It should be here by Thursday.

I don't want to argue with you man and in no way was I being hostile....not that I took you're comment as being hostile either. Just speaking my mind. Hopefully it's not as hard as you describe it to be. Otherwise I just wasted like 140. Anyway I'll let you guys know how it turns out.
