Hamann Diffuser

Is the Hamann quad diffuser available anywhere, and does anybody have any feedback on it. Based on the 3 or 4 pictures I've seen of it, I am leaning towards getting one. Problem is, I don't know much about it and I have no idea where to find it. Anybody that can help me?
