Procede voiding factory warrenty?

If you take Procede out before you take your car to the dealership will they know you have had it in? I am worried about it voiding my warrenty on my car... specifically on the engine and transmission (I can hear them now saying the transmission was made to handle the extra horse power and on and on).

Don't want to get a lemon with engine failure and have the dealership give me the finger because of Procede.
