Ding Shield. . .
I was one of those saps that purchased the Ding Shield protection from the dealer when I bought my car last year. . . Thought it was a good option considering how many times I’ve seen with minor ‘parking lot’ dents and scratches on beautiful cars. . . Recently I was a victim of such and called on Ding Shield for assistance, the assistance that I paid for. . . I was immediately told that if the dent was in association with paint removal that they could not perform the service that I was requesting. . . Irritating to say that least. . . They scheduled a consult, yet I was told by the young lady on the phone that it was doubtful that the inspectors would be able to assist me. . .

So ding shield protection really just means they call somebody to do PDR (paintless dent removal)? Wow, what a waste of money. It usually well under $200 to pop out good sized difficult dents. If they dont cover touching up paint damage than thats worthless to call it "ding" shield.
