Brand New BMS down pipe fix. $30 shipped anywhere. Had bought this one back in February but I got an adjustable one when I picked up my new downpipes a couple of weeks ago.

Just in case anyone else wants to ask the same questions:

1. yes it is new - as stated

2. no I will not ship it to you, let you try it and then let you decide what it is worth

3. No, this is not some kind of "explosive device" that is designed to push dents out from the inside so, yes, it is safe to ship.
